NOTICE OF NEWLY ENACTED ORDINANCE 26-03 AMEND §445-3.12 B-4 OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DISTRICT, AND REPEAL AND RECREATE SECTION §445-3.12 C. TO INCLUDE DRIVE-IN BANKING AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE ZONING CODE OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF HALES CORNERS, WISCONSIN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Hales Corners enacted Ordinance 26-03 to amend Chapter §445-3.12 B-4 Office and Professional Services District, and repeal and recreate Section §445-3.12 C. to include drive-in banking as a conditional use in the B-4 zoning district.
